Blackheath Fireworks 2011

I once again attended the Blackheath Fireworks display, though having moved to West London it was a much longer trek to attend that I was used to!

It is the third year running that I've shot these fireworks, and if you are interested in my approach and some advice, I won't repeat it here, but you can read all about it on last years post: Blackheath Fireworks 2010

One of the key differenced I tried this year was using the zoom function of the lens to get a bit of movement in the fireworks.

I'm quite pleased with the results of this years shoot, there are some striking images which work well.

I remembered to bring the shutter release which meant I was more able to enjoy the show this year, rather than peering through the camera view finder every time.
