Monkey Cave

This primary photo was taken in Phuket, at the aptly named Monkey Cave. Quite simply, it is a cave, teeming with small monkeys, who are at least partly tame. All except the bottom middle were also taken there. The last photo was taken at the Gibbon Sanctuary in norther Phuket and is well worth the visit.

With my zoom on the camera, I have taken a range of photographs of the animals in various poses, but this is my favorite, captured just after a bite from the fruit. The others, especially with the babies were simply to shoot, the animals were so tame, with a zoom and the bright Thailand sun it was simplicity to snap a sharp photograph of a 'wild' animal.
